FAQs

Do you delivery to personal addresses?

We use meet points for our pet trips that we allocate as close as possible to your location. This allows us to make our trip more efficient which helps ensure your pets are not transiting any longer then they require.

What do we need to provide?

We supply crates or travel carriers for your pet and all pets have access to water throughout the trip. Litter trays are supplied for kittens & cats as well as a cave bed for hiding away.

We also supply a variety of wet & dry food, pellets, hay & seed for most animals that is age appropriate. If your pet requires a special diet we are happy to accommodate for this with prior arrangement.

If you require transport for a bird we have the option of purchasing an AVI One cage.

All poultry must have a crate or box that we can transfer the poultry from/into our cages.

The only items that we ask for you to provide is the vet book (if applicable) and that dogs travel with a fitted collar. We are also happy to deliver any toys, small blankets or starter packs with your pet.

Should we feed our pet prior to travelling?

This all depends on the time that your pet is being picked up. If your pet is being picked up before 12 noon we ask that you do not feed them. If your pet is being picked up after 12 noon you may provide them a small breakfast.
This is to ensure that your pet is comfortable when travelling especially if they are likely to get travel sickness.
We will provide the pets with multiple small meals throughout the duration of their time with us.

How do you ensure the health and wellbeing of our pet?

We only accept pets that are up to date with their vaccinations. For Puppies & Kittens they are required to have their first vaccination before travelling.
Each crate is sterilised with Vet grade sanitiser prior to, during (numerous times) and after the transportation of the pets. Also our crates have a divider placed in between which separates the cages to ensure that there is no contact with other pets.
We welcome anyone who would like to inspect our crates and set up, in fact we recommend it.

How do we book our pet for transport?

You can book by Clicking here, or you can locate the Booking form at the top of the page in the menu.

What are the payment options?

Once the booking is confirmed we will email an Invoice.

We accept payment via Paypal, Bank Transfer or Cash (by prior arrangement).

Payment is required in full prior to the start date of the pet trip your pet is booked on.

When do we find out our meet points and times to meet?

The schedule is set the weekend prior to the start of the Pet trip and messages are sent via Text to both the pick up and drop off person once the schedule is complete.
We are able to add any last minute bookings, however, we will only accept the booking if we have the space available and the locations are from meet points that are already in our schedule.
